基于绿色部分充填采煤的保水开采技术研究

摘要: 针对神东矿区保水开采技术难题,在系统分析了现解决保水问题的基础上,通过理论分析、现场调研及数值模拟等方法,提出了以绿色部分充填开采解决保水开采研究思路及方法并进行了研究。对部分充填保水开采机理、技术特征、充填工艺进行了分析,推导计算出部分充填法开采满足隔水关键层不发生破断的关系,并根据隔水关键层理论及有效面积理论推导出采、留宽。数值模拟表明,部分充填参数的选择对导水裂隙带的高度有重要影响。

Abstract: In view of the shendong mining area of water conservation mining technical problems, in the system analysis part to solve water problems filling mining based on the theoretical analysis, laboratory test and numerical simulation methods of filling process, This paper puts forward the research ideas and methods to solve the problem of water conservation mining with green partial filling mining .The main conclusions are as follows: (1) part of the filling of water conservation mining mechanism、analyzes the technical characteristics、the filling process; (2) derived partial backfill method, meet the water resisting key layer does not break the relationship; (3) according to the layer theory and the effective area of water resisting key theory derived mining and stay wide; (4) the numerical simulation results show that partial filling parameter selection of height of water flowing fractured zone has important effect. Study in Shendong mining area were carried out on-site implementation, related research has certain reference significance and application value to the similar conditions of coal mining water.
